What is the Humans in the Loop HR tech and AI community?

It’s THE first ever community focused on the tech and AI transformation of HR and organisations. It’s a space to share and learn from each other as we navigate through the mess together.

How to join?

Criteria to join:

1. not a tech vendor
2. only specialised service providers (capped at 5-10% of the community falling into this category. first come first served. must remain active to stay in the community. no sales allowed pls)

To keep the focus of the community and hyper relevant contributions, only service providers with a specific focus on HR tech and AI transformation will be accepted to join. I hope you understand <3 (you will get an email if you are not accepted to join)

I will do group intro calls once I’ve added enough people. Note you will need to join one group intro call every 6 months to stay in the community!

Yep. When you join, you sign up to the rules below too.

✨ This is a safe space. No screenshots, no gossip, no sharing specifics without permission.

✨  Show Up & Contribute This is not a silent spectator club. Try your best to contribute **least once per month…**whether that’s asking a question, sharing a win, offering advice, or supporting others. Inactive members will be removed to keep the space fresh and engaged.

✨  Real Names & Real Faces Only To build trust, all members must use their real name and have a clear profile photo on Slack. We’re here to connect as real people, not faceless accounts.

✨  No Spam, No BS No unsolicited DMs to sell things, no constant self-promotion. If you genuinely think something will help the group, share it, but just be mindful okay?

✨  Invite Others Know someone in HR who might benefit from the community? Invite them! Just make sure they are supportive and ready to contribute.

✨  Respect & Kindness Are Non-Negotiable Disagreements are fine, disrespect is not. We lift each other up, even when we challenge ideas.
